1. Mission Statement

At Adham Elite Limousine Service, we are committed to delivering reliable, luxurious, and professional chauffeured transportation. Our goal is to exceed client expectations by combining premium vehicles, exceptional service, and unmatched attention to detail.

2. Code of Conduct

• Chauffeurs must maintain a professional appearance at all times, wear proper attire, and treat all clients with courtesy and discretion.

• Clients are expected to respect the vehicle and driver, refrain from smoking, and comply with all safety regulations.

• Zero-tolerance policy for alcohol consumption, drug use, or inappropriate behavior inside the vehicle.

3. Booking Policy

• Advance reservations are recommended to ensure vehicle availability. Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Accurate information must be provided at the time of booking, including flight details, pickup time, and number of passengers.

4. Payment Policy

• All trips must be paid in full at the time of booking via approved payment methods (credit/debit card, online link).

• Minimum fare is $100 per one-way trip. Additional service tiers range from $200 to $400, depending on amenities and wait time.

• Gratuity is not included unless otherwise noted and is at the client’s discretion.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup are non-refundable.

• No-shows or failure to appear without notice will be charged the full fare.

6. Wait Time Policy

• Standard Ride: 15-minute complimentary wait

• Executive Ride: 30 minutes included

• Elite VIP Ride: 45 minutes included

• Presidential Ride: 60 minutes included

• Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments.

7. Vehicle Use Policy

• Maximum capacity: 6 passengers per vehicle

• No smoking, eating, or open alcohol allowed inside the vehicle.

• Clients will be responsible for any damage or excessive mess requiring special cleaning or repairs.

8. Safety Policy

• All vehicles are routinely cleaned, maintained, and inspected to ensure safety and comfort.

• Chauffeurs undergo background checks and are trained in customer care and defensive driving.

9. Privacy Policy

Client information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing transportation services. We do not sell or share client data with third parties.

10. Service Area

Adham Elite Limousine Service operates within the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area, servicing Dulles (IAD), Reagan (DCA), and BWI airports.

11. Special Requests

We welcome special requests (floral arrangements, in-car refreshments, signage, etc.) with prior notice. Additional charges may apply.
