Adham Elite Limousine Service provides premium chauffeured transportation to and from Washington D.C.’s major airports: Dulles International (IAD), Reagan National (DCA), and Baltimore/Washington International (BWI). Our fleet includes luxury vehicles such as the Chevrolet Suburban RST LT, accommodating up to six passengers.

3. Booking and Reservations

• Advance Booking: All reservations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to ensure availability.

• Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from Adham Elite Limousine Service.

• Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate information, including pickup and drop-off locations, contact details, and any special requirements at the time of booking.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Standard Rates: Our services start at a minimum fare of $100 per one-way trip. Additional services or upgrades may incur extra charges.

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.

• Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply for services such as extended wait times, additional stops, or special requests.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time will be charged the full fare.

• No-Show Policy: Failure to appear at the designated pickup location without prior cancellation will result in a full charge of the fare.

6. Passenger Conduct

• Behavior: Passengers are expected to behave in a manner that ensures the safety and comfort of the chauffeur and other passengers.

• Prohibited Items: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and possession of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
